Role Purpose
As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, and promote the company's products in B2B and B2G segments across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B and B2G markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide expert knowledge of paint and coating products
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer servicing
- Generate regular sales reports and market feedback
- Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer concerns
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of paints and coatings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B/B2G sales and industrial product sales
- CRM software and MS Office proficiency
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years in paint industry sales with proven performance
Education
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering Or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
