Job Description

Role Purpose

As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, and promote the company's products in B2B and B2G segments across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in B2B and B2G markets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and upselling
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide expert knowledge of paint and coating products
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer servicing
  • Generate regular sales reports and market feedback
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer concerns

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of paints and coatings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B/B2G sales and industrial product sales
  • CRM software and MS Office proficiency
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years in paint industry sales with proven performance

Education

  • Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering Or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in industrial/B2B/B2G paint sales with strong product knowledge and persuasive communication
  • Candidates from completely field sales profile
