Job Description – Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Ctc – upto 35 k (Depends on interview)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with strong communication and client-handling skills. Candidates from different industries can be considered, provided they have proven sales experience and a strong ability to acquire new clients and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
• Handle B2B sales and develop strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.
• Maintain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Industry experience is not mandatory; strong sales skills and a proven sales track record are preferred.
