Key Responsibilities:
• Handle company-provided leads and convert them into business
• Meet school owners, principals & decision-makers
• Conduct regular field visits and presentations
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with schools
Requirements:
2+ years of Field Sales / Business Development experience
Education / EdTech experience preferred
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Target-oriented with strong follow-up & closure skills
