// Urgent hiring for Sales Executive //

Location Vasundhara, Ghaziabad

Profile- sales Executive/ Manager

Experience- 2-5 years

ctc- upto 4.5 lac + incentives ( Depends on interview )

Working Days- 6 days (9:30 am- 6:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Government & PSU segments

Handle end-to-end government sales cycle including e-tender portals

Promote and sell IT hardware, software, and security surveillance solutions

Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming government projects

Maintain sales pipeline and prepare regular sales & performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales with exposure to Government & PSU projects

Strong knowledge of Government e-tender portals

Experience in selling IT hardware, software, and surveillance/security products

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills

Strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

Relevant certifications in sales or security systems
