Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Panchkula. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and converting potential leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include responding to customer inquiries, recommending travel packages, negotiating terms, collaborating with the travel operations team to fulfill bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships
- Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and packages along with the ability to tailor recommendations to clients preferences
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to handle inquiries and ensure a seamless booking process
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer management software is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team in Panchkula
- Previous experience in the travel or sales industry is preferred but not mandatory
- A proactive and client-focused attitude to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences
