Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive - On Trade, based in South East Delhi. The role involves promoting and selling the company's premium spirits to on-trade venues such as bars, restaurants, and hotels. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, conducting product presentations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Relationship management and client engagement skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry and on-trade sales channels such as bars, restaurants, and hotels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive product presentations
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identifying sales opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the beverages or alcohol industry is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with the South East Delhi market and its client base is beneficial
