Job Title: Executive Inside Sales (Office work )

Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic, confident, and persuasive **Inside Sales Executives** to join our **Assisted Buying Team**. This role is critical in engaging and converting high-intent customers who have shown interest in our platform but have not completed their purchase journey.
These leads may include customers who have added products to their cart without checkout, browsed products without transacting, registered on the platform without making a purchase, received cashback or promotional credits, or reached out via calls, chat, WhatsApp, or website enquiries.
The role is highly sales-driven and involves both **outbound and inbound interactions**, with the primary goal of identifying opportunities, resolving customer concerns, and guiding them toward successful conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with potential customers who have:
* Added items to their cart but not completed the purchase
* Browsed products without making a transaction
* Registered on the platform without transacting
* Received cashback or promotional credits
* Connected through Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website enquiries
* Make timely and persuasive **outbound calls** to re-engage and convert leads.
* Handle **inbound enquiries** via Call, Chat, WhatsApp, or Website and assist customers throughout their buying journey.
* Understand customer needs, address objections, and recommend suitable products or solutions.
* Guide interested customers to the **nearest physical store** when offline exploration is required.
* Collaborate closely with **Marketing and CRM teams** to efficiently act on warm and qualified leads.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM/internal tools.
* Consistently meet or exceed assigned **sales, conversion, and revenue targets**.
* Share insights and feedback on customer behavior, objections, and journey gaps to improve overall buying experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 13 years of experience in **Inside Sales, Tele Sales, or Customer Engagement** roles (eCommerce or retail experience preferred).
* Strong verbal communication skills in **English and regional languages**.
* Proven ability to handle objections and convert customer interest into successful sales.
* Comfortable using **CRM systems** and digital communication platforms.
* Highly **target-oriented**, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site sales environment.
