Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Noorio.in, based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth. The role involves creating and executing sales strategies, preparing presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to identify, pursue, and close business deals effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and familiarity with client relationship-building techniques
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans and meet performance targets
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
- A goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in sales or a related field; experience in the technology or e-commerce sector is a plus
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
