Noa is a root-cause first, personalized weight management startup targeting Tier-2 women, primarily those managing chronic medical histories (such as PCOS, hypothyroidism, hypertension, and pre-diabetes).

Our users undergo a comprehensive weight management assessment powered by a 5-pillar protocol designed by our in-house Doctors, Nutritionists, and Fitness Coaches. Based on their unique results, we recommend a personalized routine kit of supplements, paired with complementary custom nutrition plans and home-workout regimes.

Role Summary

We are seeking high-energy Inside Sales & Retention Executives who are passionate about driving conversions and owning revenue.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office (6 days a week with rostered week-offs)
  • Format: Tele-calling
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Own and execute end-to-end sales conversions to consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Adopt a consult-first attitude to understand our users and offer the right personalized solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep trust and long-term rapport with customers to drive both initial conversions and long-term retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele sale or customer retention.
  • Prior experience in the Health/Wellness sector is highly preferred, or a proven track record in consultative sales.
  • Mindset: A self-learner with a high-ownership attitude who is genuinely hungry for personal and professional growth.
