Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions that address client needs. The role involves collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, sales strategies, and client acquisition
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in preparing proposals and delivering effective presentations
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in applicable software tools, such as CRM platforms, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
