Job Description

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Growth: Execute sales and business development across Karnataka and Telangana, focusing on major cities.

Lead Generation: Generate leads, schedule client meetings, and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Channel Management: Develop, appoint, and manage Distributors and Sub-dealers across the assigned region.

Technical Promotion: Promote EKKI HOMA Pumps by highlighting technical advantages, efficiency, and reliability.

Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, OEMs, and distributors.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance on product selection based on application and performance specifications.

Demonstrations: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

Internal Coordination: Work with service, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Field Presence: Travel extensively across the region to meet potential and existing customers.

Must-Have Skills

Industry Expertise: Proven experience selling dewatering pumps, industrial pumps, or related solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to explain complex product specifications and performance data.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Tooling: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Mobility: Absolute willingness to travel extensively.
