We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedSales Managerwith proven experience inretail food product sales and exports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, client relationship management, and market expansion. This is aremote positionrequiring periodic travel to ourhead office in Mahuva.
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in domestic and export markets.
- Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and export partners.
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual meetings with international buyers as required.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements-
- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- 35 years of proven sales experienceinretail food productsandexports.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international food market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Mahuva and for client meetings/trade events.
