We are looking for a Sales Executive to help us connect with medical clinics in the United States for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
Your role will be to reach out to clinics, initiate conversations, and identify opportunities where we can support them in improving collections from unpaid insurance claims.
This is NOT a typical sales job — you will be working in a professional healthcare environment and must be confident, clear, and consistent in communication.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to medical clinics in the US
- Connect with practice managers / billing managers
- Introduce our AR and denial support services
- Handle initial objections professionally
- Qualify interested clinics
- Schedule meetings or callbacks
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years quota carrying sales experience
- Any graduate / undergraduate can apply
- Prior experience in sales, tele calling, or BPO is a plus
- Willing to work in US shift (evening/night IST)
- Must have laptop + stable internet (for remote work)
- Knowledge of medical billing / RCM (training will be provided)
Important Note:
- We are looking for someone who is consistent and serious about sales. Training, scripts, and support will be provided, but effort and discipline are expected.
