Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and building relationships with potential business clients, providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating the company's social commerce solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling pitches and navigating the sales cycle to secure successful partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Business development abilities such as client acquisition, building partnerships, and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for engaging with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce trends, social commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability in dynamic business environments.
  • Self-motivated with an aptitude for remote collaboration as well as working in an on-site team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
