Role Overview

My Design Minds is actively hiring for Sales Executive Jobs focused on B2B sales in the design, engineering, and manufacturing services domain. This role is ideal for professionals who understand technical selling, client requirements, and long sales cycles associated with industrial and engineering services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, and deal closure. This is not a mass sales or call-center role. It requires the ability to interact with founders, engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers at client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads for design, engineering, and manufacturing services
  • Handle inbound leads from website, referrals, and marketing channels
  • Actively prospect through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and networking
  • Engage with startups, MSMEs, manufacturers, and industrial clients

2. Requirement Understanding & Solution Selling

  • Coordinate with internal engineering and design teams to define scope and feasibility
  • Translate technical requirements into clear commercial proposals
  • Present the company's capabilities confidently to potential clients

3. Sales Process Management

  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and payment terms within company guidelines
  • Maintain proper sales documentation and CRM updates

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams during project onboarding
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services where relevant

5. Market & Pipeline Development

  • Track market trends in design, engineering, and manufacturing services
  • Identify new business opportunities and target industries
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with predictable conversions
  • Support the founder and management with sales reports and forecasts
