Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at MorSer Solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building lasting relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product or service presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market research to identify trends, actively contributing to sales strategies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Experience in market research, client prospecting, and lead generation
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of business process outsourcing (BPO) services is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling

Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing customers

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Represent the company professionally at meetings and events
