Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and addressing customer needs with tailored solutions. The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and coordinating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed about the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit architects, interior designers, and builders to present Mor Decors furniture , Wardrobe and Doors capabilities.
  • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Lead negotiations and finalise sales transactions.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Achieve monthly visit and conversion targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven expertise in sales strategies, lead generation, and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • High-level organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects
  • Experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and technology tools to track sales activities
  • Self-motivated, results-driven in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
