Job Title: Sales Executive and sales intern
Employment Type: Full-time and Hybrid roles available
Location: South Delhi
Job: The Sales Executive will promote businesses in India, acquiring new clients and ensuring
revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while building strong
long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products or
services to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Extra points if have prior experience with architects, interior designers or developers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,
and lead follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, within agreed timelines
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, forecast sales, and track KPIs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure
customer satisfaction.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
Experience
Proven sales experience with CRM and MS Office knowledge.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Number of new clients acquired.
Client retention and satisfaction levels.
Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
Work Environment
Office-based / Field-based (as applicable).
May require travel to meet clients and attend meetings.
