Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Pan India for a Sales Executive at Moka Business Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will oversee sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and foster relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business opportunities. The role involves analyzing market trends, mentoring team members, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer demands, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate problem-solving and acting as a liaison between clients and the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets
• Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Team leadership abilities, mentorship, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the chemicals industry or related industrial sectors is a plus
• Proficiency in the use of sales tools and CRM systems
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
