MECAB Cables Pvt. Ltd. is an Ahmedabad-based manufacturer of power and control cables located in the Vatva GIDC industrial estate. Established in 2002, the company specializes in manufacturing PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power and control cables up to 1100V for various industrial and commercial applications. MECAB cables are known for their quality, ISI-marked products, which are supplied to government, semi-government, and private sector clients across multiple industries.

About the Role

Mecab Cables is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to develop and grow our B2B customer base across Ahmedabad and Gujarat. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting industrial customers, generating enquiries and converting them into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers across industries, contractors, dealers, EPC companies and project businesses.
• Conduct regular field visits and generate new sales enquiries.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Understand customer cable requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations and order execution.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in B.Com, BBA, B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in B2B / industrial sales preferred.

Experience in electrical products, cables, wires, switchgear, automation, industrial products or related industries will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in industrial sales may also be considered.
