Sales Executive

Position - Sales Executive ( Experience with EPC clients, Tendering)

Experience - 3 to 5 yrs of relevant experience

Location - Akurdi, Pune

Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time role, is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen the company's presence across target industrial sectors. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to align customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities. The Sales Executive will plan and implement marketing campaigns, participate in industry events and customer visits, track market trends and competitor activities, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, and contributing to revenue growth and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably experience with EPC clients, tendering.
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, pricing approaches, and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of industrial sectors such as Power, Electrical, Automotive, Defence .
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
