Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer leads, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting property tours, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires active participation in sales campaigns, effective negotiation, and excellent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends; prior experience in real estate is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
