Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Raipur for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Key tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting property tours, preparing market analyses, managing negotiations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the transaction process. The role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with clients
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and trends, especially in Raipur and surrounding areas
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and preparing detailed analyses
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Experience in real estate or similar sales roles is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluency in local language(s) and basic proficiency in English is an asset
