Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive position based on-site in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will focus on driving business growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and presenting tailored ICT and technology solutions. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, developing proposals, achieving sales targets, and keeping updated with emerging technologies relevant to Magnet Tech Services Pvt Ltd's offerings.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions, cybersecurity, and IT services
  • Proven experience in negotiation, client relationship management, and presentation skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities for market analysis and identifying opportunities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales for IT, technology, or system integration services is an advantage
