Sales Executive

Our Client is looking for three (3) dedicated and customer-focused #SalesExecutives to join their #Vadodara team. The ideal candidates should understand customer needs, explain lighting products effectively, and deliver an excellent in-store experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions

- Explain product features, specifications, designs, and pricing

- Prepare quotations and maintain follow-ups

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and inventory checks

- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and installation departments

- Build long-term customer relationships

- Stay updated with lighting trends, new arrivals, and promotions

Requirements

- Experience in lighting, electrical, home décor, or retail sales (preferred)

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills

- Good product presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing tools)

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
