The company is an authorized distributor for top-tier brands, including Adani Solar panels, Hitachi Solar inverters, Hopewind Solar inverters, and Reliance Jio Sparq microinverters. With warehouses across major locations in India, Loop Solar serves over 2,000 solar installers and EPC companies nationwide, supplying solar equipment to all parts of the country.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Bhubaneshwar cluster (covering sales across Odisha). In this role, the Sales Executive will generate leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales of solar equipment solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential customers, providing product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends to address customer needs effectively.

The Role

Important: This is a core B2B sales role targeting regional EPC companies executing 3 kW to 3 MW solar power plants. This is NOT a direct-to-consumer (B2C) or a solar installation role.

Business Development

Strategic Mapping: Identify and map regional Solar EPC players executing 3 kW to 3 MW projects in your territory.

Sector Focus: Target EPCs focused on the PM Suryaghar Muft Bijli Yojana, C&I projects, and PM-KUSUM schemes.

Pipeline Growth: Build and drive a robust sales pipeline for Adani modules, Hitachi/Hopewind inverters, and BOS components.

Account Management

Relationship Building: Become the go-to equipment partner for EPC business owners and procurement leads.

Client Consulting: Help EPCs plan their procurement cycles to align with project installation timelines.

Full Cycle Execution: Own the entire B2B sales process from lead generation to negotiation, delivery, and payment collection.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: Approximately 3 to 6 years of proven B2B sales experience. A track record in solar equipment sales or selling to regional EPCs is preferred.

Network: Strong existing relationships with local and mid-sized EPC players in Odisha is preffered.

Drive: A hunger to close deals and scale operations in a fast-paced, and drive personal growth through generous sales incentive structure.
