Join our Medical and Mobility team as a dynamic Business Development Executive ( Equipment sales/ Device), leading the charge in bringing cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Be a key player in driving innovation, building impactful partnerships, and transforming patient care with state-of-the-art rehabilitation solutions.

Job Location : Bhubhaneshwar

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for medical device sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets and territories.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and campaigns to support business development efforts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
  • Track sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to medical device sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for business expansion, product innovation, and improvement in sales processes and strategies.
