We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in India. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving occupancy for our student accommodation properties. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with students, universities, and educational agents, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive and enthusiastic sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students find their ideal living spaces.
Responsibilities:
-Effectively balance all of the core direct sales disciplines: prospecting, solicitation, rate quoting, contracting, outside sales calls, online conversations, incoming calls, site inspections, client entertainment, outside presentations, marketing to in-house guests, networking,
-Represent the Londonist by attending industry events, trade shows and local community events
-Develop and follow Strategic Plans and Actions that support the goal of growing existing accounts, moving market share from the competition, and identifying and securing new accounts.
-Comply with the demands coming from the Sales Managers, Head of Sales and the Management.
-Collaborate with other department if needed and represent the Londonist by attending industry events, trade shows and local community events.
-Use the CRM system to track lead sources, monitor lead progression, and identify opportunitiesforconversion.
-Primary responsibility is to promote and sell student accommodation rooms to prospective
students. Additionally, you will be involved in the sale of ancillary products and services
offered by the company.
-You should comply with the demands coming from the Sales Manager, Head of Growth
and Strategic Operations, Senior Sales Executive and the Management.
-Conduct outreach to prospective students through various channels, including phone calls,
emails, and in-person interactions.
-Provide detailed information about available accommodation options, pricing, amenities,
and leasing terms.
-Guide students through the application and leasing process, addressing any questions or
concerns they may have.
-Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to enhance the overall student living experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
--Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to nurture relationships and
encourage repeat business.
Communicate with Operations and Finance Department for smooth customer operations
and collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
-Assist Senior Sales Executive and Sales Managers in leads, quotations, and invoicing
processes, while also taking on additional responsibilities in client relations and
sales strategies.
