Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell education loan products. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships with students and parents, and driving loan disbursements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and connect with prospective customers (students/parents) for education loans
* Generate leads through field visits, references, and partner channels (colleges, consultants, DSAs)
* Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation process clearly
* Guide customers throughout the loan application and disbursement process
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Coordinate with internal teams for faster processing and approvals
* Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Requirements:
* Graduate in any discipline
* 1–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in education loans / personal loans / BFSI)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and convincing ability
* Willingness to do field sales
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in DSA or direct sales
* Knowledge of education loan products and market trends
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment
