About the Role
Kelvin & Watts is a fast-growing brand in architectural and smart lighting. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive dealer expansion and project sales through architects and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers
- Visit architects, interior designers, and builders for product promotion
- Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
- Conduct regular field visits and market mapping
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution
Qualifications & Skills
- 14 years of sales experience (lighting/electrical/building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated
