About the Role

Kelvin & Watts is a fast-growing brand in architectural and smart lighting. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive dealer expansion and project sales through architects and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new dealers and retailers
  • Visit architects, interior designers, and builders for product promotion
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
  • Conduct regular field visits and market mapping
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain relationships for repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution

Qualifications & Skills

  • 14 years of sales experience (lighting/electrical/building materials preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for field sales
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Performance-based incentives
