Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in our office in Cuttack. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include generating leads, meeting potential clients, presenting Learnclassic.Education's offerings, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Collaboration with the marketing and product teams will be essential to align on strategies and understand client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively present solutions to clients
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Understanding of digital platforms and the EdTech industry, with experience in leveraging online tools to boost outreach and engagement
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in data management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
