Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Executive to drive business growth for our laser cutting machine product line. This role involves identifying new leads, building strong client relationships, and providing customized technical solutions across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for laser cutting machines
• Cold call, schedule meetings, and visit clients to understand application needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Customize solutions to match client requirements and close deals
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales within approved margins
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams for solution customization and execution
• Maintain sales activity records and update CRM regularly
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Meet or exceed defined sales targets
• Submit regular reports and attend review meetings
• Train customers on product usage when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA Preferred in Sales & Marketing or a related field
• 24 years of technical sales experience (Laser cutting preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of industrial machinery and laser cutting applications
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Maharashtra
