Job Summary

Kwik Flex is hiring a dynamic sales candidate with B2B experience for business development. The role requires 2+ years of experience and a presentable demeanor suitable for exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales by identifying leads, pitching products, and closing deals with corporate clients.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase offerings and network effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and achieve quarterly targets.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports while coordinating with internal teams for seamless delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Mandatory Experience of minimum 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Presentable appearance and confidence for client-facing roles, including exhibitions.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, market trends, and customer needs analysis.
• Ability to travel for exhibitions and client meetings as required.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in Kwik flex products, fabrication, or industrial sales.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages a plus.
• Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
