Role Overview:We are seeking a result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth in the HORECA and Bakery segment, with a strong focus on Cream Cheese and allied products across Delhi NCR. The role involves both account management and new business development within bakeries, cafés, and food service clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cream cheese and related dairy products
- Identify, approach, and onboard new HORECA clients (bakeries, patisseries, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens)
- Manage and grow existing key accounts
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and sampling with chefs and purchase teams
- Work closely with distributors to ensure secondary sales and market coverage
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
Candidate Profile:- 2–5 years of experience in HORECA / Food Service / Bakery Ingredients / Dairy sales
- Strong network within Delhi NCR bakery and café ecosystem preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Background:- Experience in selling Cream Cheese, Butter, Dairy Ingredients, or Bakery Solutions
- Exposure to premium or artisanal food brands
Compensation:- Competitive fixed salary + performance-linked incentives
- Travel reimbursement as per company policy
