Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting, marketing, and selling Baxy Mobility 3-wheelers, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the Kottayam region.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote and sell Baxy Mobility 3-wheelers to individual customers, businesses, and fleet operators.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and participate in promotional activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects, maintain proper records of leads, and update CRM/sales reports.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills- Minimum +2 / Graduate degree (preferably in Business/Commerce/Marketing).
- Proven experience in automobile sales (3-wheeler/2-wheeler/LCV sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory); 3-wheeler license is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of the local Kottayam market.
