Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving showroom sales, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth purchase journey from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Yamaha models
  • Explain product features, pricing, finance options & offers
  • Conduct test ride coordination
  • Follow up with leads (walk-ins, digital enquiries, telephonic leads)
  • Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat sales

Eligibility Criteria

  • 13 years experience in automobile sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
  • Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of two-wheelers is an added advantage
