Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. The role requires a proactive approach to market research and staying updated on industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to identify potential clients, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction and impactful presentations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Ability to gather market insights and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Self-Motivation and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in a relevant industry, is an advantage.
