Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Report to the assigned dealer and work from the designated dealership/location.

- Take leads and market inputs from the dealer and actively explore the assigned market.

- Identify and connect with contractors, builders, architects and other influencers who have ongoing or upcoming painting sites.

- Visit project sites and meet potential customers to understand their requirements.

- Pitch and explain painting services, highlighting the service benefits and value proposition.

- Convert prospects into painting-service projects through effective communication, pitching and quotation discussions.

- Manage the complete site lifecycle after conversion, from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate and assign the required painters/contractors for the site.

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor ongoing work to ensure smooth execution.

- Handle customer/site-related queries, complaints and operational issues until resolution.

- Coordinate with the dealer, contractor, painter and customer throughout the project.

- Ensure timely completion and proper closure of assigned sites.

- Collect the required cash/payment from the customer after site completion and submit it to the respective dealer.

- Maintain regular market visits and develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects and other key market stakeholders.
