Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Surat, Gujarat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful order delivery.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in market research and client prospecting
  • Knowledge of industrial chemicals and related sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics, is advantageous
  • Proficiency in creating sales strategies and managing client accounts
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic IT tools is a plus
