Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our Vagra location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, and providing tailored logistics and trade solutions. The role requires strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative mindset to work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Knowledge of International Trade and Logistics processes, including Customs and Compliance
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and relevant Sales Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in logistics or trade industries will be an advantage
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with regional languages is beneficial
