Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Edappadi for a Sales Executive at Sri Shabari Jewellery. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, maintaining store displays, and meeting sales objectives. Additional responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, handling transactions, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. The role requires working collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and uphold the brand's reputation.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs and provide a high level of service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain appealing jewellery displays and handle cash accurately.
  • A strong sense of accountability and the motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Previous experience in retail or the jewellery industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery and gemstones is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written communication in local and/or multiple languages is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or retail management are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
