Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Durgapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, demonstrating products, and guiding them in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces. Additional responsibilities include maintaining sales records, achieving sales targets, building relationships with customers, updating product knowledge, and handling customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and follow up with clients.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, craftsmanship, and quality standards, with the ability to explain these details to customers.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer and POS systems for sales processing and record-keeping.
- Experience in the jewelry industry or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.
