Position: Tele-Sales Executive

Experience: 12 Years (Candidates with BPO or Political Campaign Experience will be preferred)

Salary: 10,000 15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Office Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi, along with the ability to handle leads efficiently and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our digital marketing and political campaign services.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain client databases.
• Understand client requirements and provide customized service pitches.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Tele-Sales, preferably in BPO or Political Campaign sectors.
• Excellent Hindi communication and conversion skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
