Job Description

Jain Constructions is hiring a Sales Executive for its luxury residential projects in Hyderabad.

This role is focused on lead handling, site visit generation, and follow-up discipline, with a clear path toward contributing to and eventually owning sales closures. The position requires strong customer interaction skills, consistency in follow-ups, and the ability to move prospects steadily through the sales funnel.

The role works closely with the Sales Closing Manager and contributes directly to conversion outcomes.

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will manage incoming and outgoing leads, qualify prospects, drive site visits, and maintain structured follow-ups to improve conversion rates. This role is critical in ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline for closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels
  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand requirements and qualify intent
  • Convert enquiries into qualified site visits
  • Coordinate, schedule, and ensure execution of site visits
  • Support the closing team during customer meetings and project presentations
  • Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups across all active leads
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry to site visit stage
  • Build initial trust and rapport with customers before handover to closing
  • Maintain accurate and real-time updates in CRM systems
  • Track daily activity including calls, follow-ups, and site visits
  • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality
  • Support in improving site visit to booking conversions through better lead qualification
  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions

KRA / Performance Metrics

  • Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio
  • Number of qualified site visits generated
  • Site visit coordination and execution quality
  • Follow-up consistency and response time
  • Contribution to booking closures
  • Pipeline hygiene and CRM accuracy
  • Daily and weekly activity levels (calls, follow-ups, visits scheduled)

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
  • Strong ability to convert enquiries into site visits
  • Experience in telecalling / inside sales is valuable
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume lead interaction and follow-ups
  • Presentable and confident in customer-facing situations
  • Disciplined in reporting and CRM usage
  • Interest in moving into a closing role over time
