Job Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for direct customer acquisition, lead generation, field visits, product/service presentation, follow-ups, and closing sales.

This is predominantly a field sales role, requiring the candidate to meet prospective customers across Mumbai, understand their requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential customers
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
• Present and explain our products/services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Follow up on leads and business opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets
• Maintain records of customer visits, follow-ups, and sales closures
• Provide market and competitor feedback to the team

Qualification:

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, B2C Sales Prior experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Business Development is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Comfortable travelling extensively for field visits
• Must own a two-wheeler
• Valid driving licence required
• Good knowledge of Mumbai and nearby areas will be an advantage
