Experience: 1 to 5 years

Travel Required: 7080 km/day (Mandatory two-wheeler)

Job Description

We are hiring Sales Executives who can work on-ground and meet dealers/distributors daily to generate orders and expand our network.

Responsibilities

  • Visit existing dealers and collect orders
  • Ensure product availability and timely delivery
  • Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Track competitor activities and report market trends

Eligibility Criteria

  • 15 years of experience in field sales
  • Candidates from Cement, Plywood, Laminates, Roofing, Steel, Doors & Windows, Decor, Building Materials industries are preferred
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Local language fluency preferred

Not Eligible

  • Candidates from Finance, Banking, Showroom or Indoor Sales backgrounds will not be considered

Perks & Allowances

  • Petrol Allowance: 4.5/km
  • Food Allowance: 175/day
  • Performance-based Incentives

Schedule

  • Day Shift
  • 6 days/week
  • Frequent travel within the assigned city/region
