Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (CAT)

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience Required: 1-3 Years

Industry Preference: EdTech Mandatory

Position Overview:

We are looking for highly driven and result-oriented Sales Executives with prior experience in the EdTech industry, specifically in selling CAT or MBA preparation courses. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to convert leads effectively while maintaining a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide CAT aspirants regarding iQuanta's courses and programs.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship building.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs accordingly.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for the smooth onboarding of students.
  • Stay updated with CAT exam trends, admissions, and MBA-related information. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, preferably in CAT/MBA preparation.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven track record in lead conversion and target achievement.
  • Comfortable with tele-sales and student counseling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and the sales process is a plus.
