Job Description

Looking to build a career in sales, customer engagement, and consultative advising- all while working remotely Interview Kickstart is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Program Advisors (US- remote) to help professionals take the next step in their tech careers.

What You'll Do:

As a Program Advisor, you'll play a key role in connecting with prospective customers and guiding them toward the right programs.

  • Communicate with customers via outbound calls and follow up on qualified leads
  • Understand customer needs and identify relevant sales opportunities
  • Answer questions and share detailed information via email and calls
  • Explain and demonstrate program features and benefits
  • Maintain accurate customer data and lead status in the CRM
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, and competitor landscape
  • Research, qualify, and nurture new leads
  • Upsell relevant programs and services where appropriate
  • Close sales and consistently achieve assigned targets
