Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Coimbatore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored automobile solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining customer relationships, understanding product features, conducting demonstrations, and upselling value-added services. The role also involves collaboration with the sales team to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and customer engagement techniques
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry, its products, and technical specifications
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals
  • Proficiency in CRM tools or related sales software is a plus
  • Experience in automobile sales is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
